I’m here, daughter.
Release fear; take my hand instead. The same hand, last caressed, do you remember?
You held it when I left you.
Now let me
hold yours. We will chase away seeping cold
together,
as time
falls away
once
more.

It would be nice if our dear ones, who are already gone, come to hold our hands when we move from this world to the next.

So beautifully evocative. You should stretch your creative muscles more–who knows where you could go!

Really like the idea of Time being a material object. It’s true; you can’t even take time with you.

It seems to me that in the afterlife, time would cease to exist. At least time as we know it!

I imagined reading that as prose written without line breaks and it sounded better. It would be great dialogue for a warrior queen character if you ever write a novel on that theme.

Heh, heh, warrior queen! The hysterical thing is, you are right…it could totally be her dialogue. I’ll keep it in mind for the future 😉

I like that. I wish someone could teach me how to release fear. So, how are you today?

No kidding, I need to be taught how to release fear and anxiety! And I’m good. I completed a big household project and am feeling tired, yet satisfied. And fearless at the moment 🙂
